Verkomax SG-2, because of the nature of the thickener, has extraordinary corrosion-proofing and extreme-pressure characteristics.
Due to its resistance to oxidation and excellent stability with regard to mechanical work, this grease is specially indicated for the lubrication of bearings subjeted to high loads and temperatures from –15 to + 150ºC, with peaks up to 180ºC.
Because of its good behaviour in terms of corrosion (even in salty water), its total insolubility and water repellence, extreme adherence and coating capacity, is the right lubricant for mechanisms working in environments where strong contact with water is possible.
It is very suitable for the lubrication of rolling mills in the steel industry, where marked characteristics of extreme pressure, resistance to water and oxidation are required.
It is also suitable for the lubrication of bearings in paper machines, both wet and dry parts, at high temperatures. |
