If possible, avoid outdoor storage.
Temperature changes migth provoke dialatations and contractions of the container's joints, which may cause leaks.
Extreme temperatures (high and low) may modify the nature of some oils and emulsions.
PRECAUTIONS that should be taken into account:
Tightly close the stoppers.
Position the containers so that their content covers the stopper, minimizing the migration of humidity and the possibility of sealing.
If the containers are stored in a vertical position they should be tilted so that water won't accumulate arround the stopper or else they should be placed under a tarmac top.
Before opening the containers, dry and clean well around the stopper. |
